Job Description

    Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Recruiter to find, attract, and hire top talent for the German market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and excellent communication skills in both German and English.Key Responsibilities: Find and attract top candidates through online job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct initial phone calls to check if candidates are a good fit for the job. Create and deliver German language training programs to help new candidates prepare for interviews. Submit the best resumes and keep track of candidates progress. Build and maintain good relationships with candidates and the internal team. Track and report on how quickly and cost-effectively vacancies are filled. Support candidates throughout the hiring process, from first contact to starting the job.NOTE: Applicant should be fluent in German language speaking, reading and writing and should be living in Kerala.Qualifications:. German Language Specialist- B2 or above (Should have proficiency of B2 Level) Bachelors degree in any field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
