Job Description

    Female OnlyResponsibilities include:Customer Inquiries: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a friendly and professional manner.Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve client issues and concerns, aiming to provide efficient solutions.Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products or services to address client questions and provide accurate information.Client Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, promoting trust and satisfaction.Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions in our customer support system.Feedback Collection: Gather feedback and insights from clients to improve our products, services, and customer support processes.Product Updates: Keep clients informed about product updates, changes, and enhancements.Escalation: Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further investigation and resolution.Customer. Satisfaction: Monitor and measure client satisfaction and strive to meet or exceed service level agreements.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing the overall customer support experience.Requirements:Previous experience in Client support or a related role is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English, Tamil & Hindi Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Proficiency in using customer support software and tools. Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing situations. Female candidate with relevant experience in client handling needed.
