Direct Sales Officer

Job Description

The Direct Sales Officer will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth through agency partnerships. This role involves building strong relationships with agencies, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets.Responsibility :
• Manage and follow up on leads provided by the company.
• Actively generate new leads from walk-in customers to expand business opportunities.
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing customers and managers.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to discuss their needs and provide solutions.
• Introduce new products to customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
Preferred candidate profile
• Bachelors Degree in any stream
• Proven Work experience required of 2 to 4 sales and marketing in Any Sector(Most Prefer BFSI/Insurance or Investment Sectors)
• Strong Communications Skills
• Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• Leadership and team management skills
• Customer-oriented
