    • CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
      • Support compliance administration, deliverable and obligation tracking, and risk management
      • Track demand, capacity and consumption changes, and track and report benefits realization
      • Identify and support cost avoidance/reduction opportunities
      • Track and analyze change orders and impact on the business case
      • Manage performance metrics to identify opportunities to improve and deliver highly valuable business outcomes from that knowledge.
      • FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
        • Financial obligations management through invoice analysis, invoice processing, and invoice issue resolution support
        • Identify and support cost avoidance/reduction opportunities and perform financial benchmarking and market view analysis
        • Discount, value realization and benefits tracking
        • Provide financial governance for all contracts in the scope of the services
        • Planning & tracking of fiscal year activities for all Desktop Transformation services
        • Identify and confirm service credits and earn-back.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS We are interested in people who bring in experience with becoming a trusted advisor whose brand is to deliver measurable results that are in context with both the business and customers.TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE
        • Five years of experience in contract management where the primary focus was on Managed Services agreements
        • Have proven and demonstrable experiences in the key responsibilities above
        • Ability to prioritize workload and be self-directed and detail-oriented
        • Possess effective communications skills
        • Must have experience with Microsoft Office tools
        • Critical thinking and willing to learn.
