Qualification:Qualified Company Secretary from the institute of Companies Secretaries of India (ICSI).Experience: 2-3 yrs(Strong knowledge of Indian Corporate & general Laws having experience in NBFC)Role: Company SecretaryJob ResponsibilitiesStrong knowledge of Indian Corporate & general Laws.Convening and servicing annual general meetings (AGM)/meetings (producing agendas, taking minutes; conveying decisions etc)Providing support to committees and working parties such as the Board of Directors etcImplementing procedural/administrative systemsHaving knowledge about mergers and acquisitionHandling correspondence before and after meetingsEnsuring policies are kept current, are approved, and that company members are aware of their implications, eg legalWriting reportsCollating informationproviding legal/financial advice during and outside of meetingsJob Type: Full-timeExperience:work: 1 year (Preferred)Education:Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred)
