Job Description

    Kindly note: Must have - Automotive dealership experience in India and currently living in Kerala, Bangalore or Chennai and willing to relocate to Kochi.Key Responsibilities Business Development:Identify and target potential clients in the automotive dealer sector across India.Develop and maintain strong relationships with automotive dealers, service centers, and industry partners.Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.Present and demonstrate our technology solutions to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and ROI. Sales and Marketing:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Customer Relationship. Management:Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve our products and services.Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure they effectively utilize our technology solutions. Reporting and Analysis:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress.Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer information and sales activities.Qualifications: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience working in automotive dealers in India as a service advisor, salesman, or service manager. Strong understanding of automotive dealership operations and the challenges faced by service advisors, salesmen, and service managers. Proven track record in business development, sales, or customer relationship management within the automotive industry. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language. Exceptional selling and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
