Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic Accountant to join our team at the head office. The ideal candidate will oversee accounting tasks, conduct financial analysis, and ensure compliance with taxation regulations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate and efficient accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
  • Manage bank reconciliation processes, ensuring transaction accuracy.
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets as needed.
  • Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Maintain precise financial transaction records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with GST & VAT regulations and support related filings.
  • Handle GSTR 1 & GSTR 3B filings, petty cash management, Tally invoice generation, and preparation of statements of accounts, P&L, and balance sheet.
  • Participate in audit processes.
  • Conduct financial analysis, providing insights for management decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Assist in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated on accounting principles, regulations, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or similar role.
  • Thorough understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Experience in bookkeeping and bank reconciliation.
