Job Description

bJob Title: Administration Assistant Location: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai Job Summary:The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Key Responsibilities: Greeting and Welcoming: Warmly greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at the office. Create a positive first impression by providing excellent customer service. Visitor Management: Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office. Effectively handle inquiries and provide basic information in-person and via phone/email. Maintain a professional and organized reception area and office. Communication Handling: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally. Ensure accurate and efficient message delivery to relevant personnel. Mail and Inventory Management: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries. Keep track of inventory, ensuring that office supplies are well-stocked. Office Security: Control access via the reception desk, monitor the logbook, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry, invoicing, and expense tracking. Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as assigned. Calendar Management: Update calendars and schedule meetings for the team. Coordinate with colleagues to ensure efficient use of meeting spaces. Record Keeping: Keep updated records of office expenses and costs. Assist in maintaining organized and accurate documentation. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a administrative assistant, or freshers can also apply. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 15,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month Schedule:
