Job Description

    The individual is responsible for understanding the various complaints from the customer and post that identified the service or repair requirements to resolve the customer issues in a timely and cost effective manner as agreed with the customer.As a Certified Service Advisor, you are the professional manager of the entire customer oriented service process. You set the standards for customer support. You see every contact with the customers as a professional challenge and feel responsible for the customer problems until they have been resolved. Customer appreciates you as a certified service advisor, because you are competent, trustworthy; treat them with respect and like a partner. Even during conflicts, you always value the customer. Your colleagues in the workshop appreciate your technical skills mean you speak the same language. In doing so, you are a competent interface between the customer and the workshop and make a substantial contribution towards the economic success of the entire field of After Sales.Responsibilities for Service Advisor:
    • Greet customers and offer excellent customer service from intake to release of their vehicles
    • Determine and diagnose car issues based on customer description and vehicle condition
    • Translate customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete
    • Order necessary parts from suppliers and double-check that they are delivered to technicians
    • Ensure that automotive work provided to customers meets company quality standards
    • Invoice and collect payment from customers for services rendered
    • Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding services
    • Maintain customer records and enter data into computer databases
