Providing Opportunities to Job Seekers!www.irrosconsultants.com**No Consultancy Charges **We are a New Delhi based Talent Acquisition firm working for our esteemed clients across INDIA.Following is the role and responsibilities:Locations : Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Amritsar, Sriganganagar, Ferozpur, Bathinda, Khanna, Nawanshahr,Patiala,ChandigarhENQUIRY PROCESS MANAGEMENTOverseeing footfall at Center and ensuring that inquiries are promptly allocated to counselors.Take follow ups from counselors regarding churn up and queries.Review Admission report and discuss performance with the counselors.Handle inquiries that are escalated by counselors.Check on counselors for query follow up, course completion and admission queries and pending fees.COUNSELING & GRIEVANCE HANDLINGCounseling and grievance handling of inquiry - potential student & family member on queries related to admission.Responsible for resolving refund cases when Counselors are unable to address it and escalate if required.Resolving issues of staff (other than trainers, library staff and SSEs) related to their salaries, attendance and leaves and pending fees.STUDENT FEEDBACK MANAGEMENTTaking feedback from students regarding queries they had raised and whenever they require further clarification (randoms)STUDENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENTCoordinate with visa team for processing application and documentation.LEAVE & ATTENDANCE MANAGEMENTManaging and issuance of Leaves to Counselors, Front end staff, back end staff, housekeeping staff & SecurityCoordinate with HR department for leaves and attendance of staff ; escalating issues and calls to HR for employee on unscheduled leave. (1st call from Sales Coordinator and 2nd call from HR)EXAM BOOKINGResponsible for booking exams for students and keeping a regular record of the same and acknowledgment to students.ADMINISTRATION MANAGEMENTEnsuring hospitality related operations are smooth.Effective administrative management, technical issues across center.Maintaining Job cards for all work related to maintenance and admin.Report of the same goes to reception for paymentsResponsible for providing required material to counselorsChecking of security registers to monitor in out in their respective centersMiscellaneous reports (admin).Responsible for effective working of back end staffEnsuring regular team meetings.BEHAVIORAL TRAITSMust be having convincing ability and able to turn inquiry into admissions.Presence of mind by identifying the right course for students.Must be able to handle queries related to course.Able to persuade the inquiry in confirm admission.Able to handle team effectively.CTC Upto: 4 lpaIf interested, kindly give us a call or share your updated CV with following info:Current Designation:Current Employer:Current CTC:Notice Period:Experience in Team Handling: Yes/NoNo. of team members handled:
