We have urgent opening for food technologist for food and spices company based at kanpur RaniaExperience Required:-Minimum 6 yearsSalary offereing:-15,000 to 45,000 in handjob location:-Kanpur RaniaGender:-MaleIndustry:-Food(spices)Microbial Analysis & chemical analysis of Raw Material & finished Food Products.Isolation & Identification of Pathogens (E.coli, Salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus, Yeast & Mould and other pathogens).To carry out all sanitization (swab test), Environmental Monitoring of area, Personal Hygiene checking & fumigation process inside the company.Aware of basic laboratory safety equipment and instructions, precautions in handling and disposing of biological materials, in accordance with local environmental regulations.Analysis of Raw material including wheat flour, Hydrogenated vegetable oil, chemicals, Packaging material & Finished product as per FSSAI standards.Maintain FIFO system while usage of all Raw, Packaging & Finished materials.To provide cross training to all operators related to HACCP, GLP,GMP, etc.Verification of quality analysis of raw material and finished product.Perform total microbiological samplings, testing and maintain records.Handling of Audits as per requirement.Calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipments (BOD Incubator, Incubators, Autoclave, pH Meter, Melting range apparatus, Dissolution test apparatus etc.)Preparation, Standardization and Restandardization of Volumetric Solutions and maintenance of relevant documents.Preparation and review of specifications, Standard Test Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures.If you are interested you may call on 8700601440 or send your cv to info@sourceyourmanpower.com
