Job Purpose:Area Sales Manager would be primarily responsible for prospecting and generating new sales, achievingsales targets and retaining the Customers.Responsibilities: Shall be responsible for touring the given areas and Prospecting New.Schools and generating sales orders.Shall also be responsible for retaining Existing Schools and generatingShall be responsible for organizing Seminars during the given period andensuring maximum participation of schools to generate business.Shall be responsible for promoting sales of all the products of theorganizations from course books, teachers training to Digital content, etc.Shall be responsible for achieving sales target for the given region as per the goal sheet.Shall be responsible for timely order booking, despatches and delivery ofbooks in coordination with Operations and Logistics team.Shall be responsible for payment collections and account closures withinthe given cycle.Shall be responsible to assist CSM in implementation ExecutionAssessment of Schools.Shall be responsible for following the Reporting mechanisms by way ofreports, con calls, etc.Responsible for preparing Sales report, Expense reports, Visit reports andreporting the same to Line Manager through Internet BusinessManagement Systems and attending Monthly/Fortnightly Review Meets.Shall be responsible for following documentation and punctuality norms.Shall be responsible for other tasks as assigned by management.
