Job Description

    Job Summary:The Reception Executive serves as the face of our real estate company, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This position plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for clients, visitors, and team members.Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and team members in a warm and professional manner.Direct clients and visitors to the appropriate personnel or meeting locations.Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the correct individuals.Monitor and maintain the reception areas appearance and cleanliness.Client and Visitor Services:Provide information to clients and visitors regarding the companys services, properties, and procedures.Assist clients with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and general support.Ensure that all clients and visitors have a positive and memorable experience during their visit.Administrative Support:Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document management.Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for the real estate agents and executives.Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.Communication:Effectively communicate messages and information to relevant team members and clients.Maintain a log of visitor information, appointments, and phone calls.Manage email correspondence and ensure timely responses.Security and Access Control:Monitor access to the premises and ensure the security of the office space.Verify the identity of clients, visitors, and vendors as needed.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a real estate or related field.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Professional appearance and demeanor.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Knowledge of office equipment operation, such as multi-line phone systems.Personal Attributes:Friendly and welcoming personality.Strong customer service orientation.Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Dependable and punctual.This job description outlines the typical responsibilities and qualifications for a Reception Executive in the real estate industry.
