Job Description

    Position : Java Technical LeadExperience : 8 Years of experienceEducation : B. Tech / MCA/ M. TechJob Location : Jodhpur, Rajasthan (onsite)Role and Responsibilities:
    • Designing, creating, and implementing Java-based applications.
    • Manage team members and deployments with agile /scrum methodology.
    • Excellent knowledge of coding standards.
    • Ability to develop high-performance scalable applications.
    • Lead activities like code reviews, automation, unit testing etc.
    • Interpreting stories to create high-quality coding that functions according to specifications.
    • Proactively identifying and resolving issues in applications.
    • Guide junior developers with troubleshooting, debugging, and coding.
    • Good at analyzing, problem-solving Debugging skills, and Technical Support.
    Technical Skills:
    • Designing and developing Enterprise J2EE applications with extensive knowledge of Core Java, Collections, Design Patterns, Web Services (SOAP / Rest), etc.
    • RESTful APIs and web services using technologies like Spring REST or JAX-RS
    • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Hibernate Frameworks.
    • Very strong skills in writing complex MySQL queries.
    • Spring Framework
    • Experience in a full project life cycle using SDLC methodologies.
    • Java system updates knowledge.
    • Essential Java skills.
    • Java builds tools knowledge.
    Soft Skills:
    • Team work and collaboration with internal / external teams
    • Effective communication skills (listening, expressing, writing)
    • Critical thinking, attention to detail (keen eye for identifying and resolving defects)
