Your primary responsibility will be to oversee a specific category of courses or subjects, ensuring that our content meets the highest standards of quality and relevance for our students. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and attention to detail.Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive category strategy aligned with the companys goals and objectives. Curate and evaluate educational content within your assigned category, ensuring that it is engaging, accurate, and up-to-date. Identify and establish relationships with content creators, authors, and publishers to source high-quality educational materials. Conduct thorough reviews of content to maintain quality standards and address any issues or discrepancies. Stay informed about. industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to inform content decisions. Work closely with cross-functional teams including content development, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment and synergy across departments. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to content engagement, sales, and customer feedback to measure the success of your category. Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within your category, and drive initiatives to enhance the overall student experience.Requirements: Bachelors degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or related field. Prior experience in edutech, content management, or related fields preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Passion for education and a commitment to providing high-quality learning experiences.6.
