Deputy Divisional Head - Steel Melting Shop OperationsLocation : Jamshedpur, JharkhandExperience: 7 to 13 yearsMust have: Experience in operations in Steel MeltingJob Responsibility :- Safe working culture across the plant- Co-ordination with top management for optimization of productivity- To reduce the specific energy consumption of per ton of steel- Electric arc furnace (EAF) and Ladle Refining furnace (LRF) experience is mandatory- To Facilitate in Modification of equipment and processes- Facilitate New Product development- Facilitate Training of employees- Monitoring of delays and CAPA implementation- Development of subordinates by training to take higher responsibilities to achieve organization goal.- Proper coordination with quality to restrict rejection and customer satisfaction- Ensure SOP availability for all processes & compliance as per SOP
