She is responsible for managing the entire process of importing and exporting goods, including coordinating with suppliers and customers, preparing and submitting necessary documentation, managing logistics, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and maintaining accurate records.Job Description
    1. Import: The Officer - Logistics is responsible for coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of imported goods. Preparing and submitting all necessary documentation related to import activities, such as customs declarations and bills of lading. Managing the clearance of imported goods through customs and other regulatory agencies. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements related to importing goods.
    2. Export: Coordinating with customers and freight forwarders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of exported goods. Preparing and submitting all necessary documentation related to export activities, such as commercial invoices and packing lists. Managing the clearance of exported goods through customs and other regulatory agencies. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements related to exporting goods.
    3. Logistics: Managing the movement of goods to and from international locations. Coordinating with carriers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods. Optimizing transportation routes and modes to minimize costs and improve delivery times. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements related to international logistics.
    4. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to international trade, such as import/export regulations, customs regulations, and international trade agreements. Staying up-to-date with changes in regulations and requirements, and adapting procedures accordingly. Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
    5. Documentation: Ensuring that all necessary documentation related to import and export activities is accurate, complete, and submitted on time. Maintaining accurate records related to import and export activities. Coordinating with other departments, such as finance and sales, to ensure that all necessary documentation is provided for international transactions.
    6. Communication: Coordinating with suppliers, customers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed of shipment status and any issues that arise. Communicating with internal departments, such as procurement and sales, to ensure that all international transactions are properly coordinated.

    • Knowledge of import & export regulations
    • Hands-on experience on ERP.
    • Should have excellent knowledge of Excel
