Roles & Responisibilties:Managing & leading the technical support team.Monitoring the organization performance & troubleshooting issues.Provide solutions to any complex IT related challenges in the organizationEnsure adherence to customer & SLA commitments for self and the team.Acting as an escalation point that encourages others in problem-solvingCollaborate and share knowledge with other Server Administrators on the support floorOwns customer issues until resolution with the limited transfer of ownership (high closure rate)Participates in tasks related to systems architecture enhancements, problem-solving & management, process improvement, reporting, and customer infrastructureAbility to apply fundamental knowledge to solve complex customer issues Help ensure adoption of policy, standards, and procedures on the team, holding team members accountable to high work standards and work performedDesired Candidate Profile:Proven experience as IT Head/ Server Admin/ Cloud Admin or any functional role in the IT Field.Strong knowledge of server hardware, networking, backup, and storage solutionsExperience into web hosting industry preferredStrong knowledge of Linux and/or Windows Server Operating Systems.Strong knowledge of designing, implementing, analyzing, and troubleshooting highly available systemsStrong understanding of services and protocols commonly used in hosting environments including but not limited to web servers, database servers, mail servers, name serversRequires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and basic knowledge of related job disciplinesExcellent leadership and interpersonal skillsOwnership and follow-up skillsOutstanding troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication skillsEducation: Any GraduateIndustry: IT-Hardware/Networking, Telecom
