He would be having both individual and team targets.Checkpoints: Communication skill in English and local languageJob stability.Pls connect for any further clarity.4) Key Result Areas:Key Result AreasSupporting ActionsDrive PoS Business Strategy at a Regional LevelDrive the regional level sales strategy by creating business opportunities and driving PoS empanelment process with the help of the regional teamsEnsure use of distribution model and sales strategies to achieve PoS business objectivesPlan systematic expansion of PoS workforce across geographies within the regionlan and modify sales activities in line with dynamic market conditionsDrive PoS Identification, Empanelment and Training ProcessesOversee seamless execution of PoS activation and empanelment processes to ensure achievement of higher sales targets through the expansion of business avenuesDrive activation of PoS network in key locations and leverage on key stakeholder relationships to further build the networkWork closely with Relationship Managers to identify new avenues to activate and build the PoS networkExecute recruitment & selection strategies to attract, induct and engage PoS to deliver on their sales commitmentsEnsure that branch offices extend their support to all PoS in order to operate efficientlyEnsure proper training is provided to the PoS on the various product offerings and that their queries are resolved in a timely mannerDrive implementation of customized solutions and schemes to enable PoS to achieve sales targets on behalf of the organizationEnsure adherence to standard processes and policies linked to PoS empanelment, engagement and payoutsManage Sales PerformanceDrive a high-performance culture through allocation of aggressive sales targets and effective client engagementMonitor and review individual and overall performance of the region on an ongoing basis, and provide support and guidance as requiredSeek performance data to share monthly reports and updates with Zonal Managers and Senior ManagementEnsure improved market presence by increasing the end customer base through process efficienciesDrive best practices sharing and implementation in the team to enhance operational effectiveness and productivityStakeholder ManagementBuild and manage relationships with regional representatives of the various insurance companies to ensure smooth operations and superior end customer experienceBuild and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and sales heads within the ABFSG ecosystem including ABIBL to enable cross-salesLiaise with different clients and insurance companies to ensure timely resolution of queries and product-related trainingTeam ManagementGuide and develop the team to facilitate PoS execution and achievement of business objectivesSet performance targets for individual team members and undertake regular reviews to drive accountability for resultsReward achievements and develop team members capabilities through knowledge sharing and trainingMonitor attrition and drive engagement within the team through various interventionsEncourage the team to conduct analysis on markets and competitor landscape to keep abreast with the new industry developmentsProvide support and guidance to all team members, where necessaryEncourage strong working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders12.
