Job Description

    HiWe are Looking for HR Interns/Talent Acquisition Executive, please find HR Internship Program.Office Address: 6Th Floor, Jaipur Centre, Tonk Road, B2 Bypass Rd, near Airport, Sector B4, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302018Topics covered in the training :
    • Client & Candidate Sourcing
    • Client Screening & Booking appointment
    • Scheduling Interviews On Zoom/Skype/Telephonic Interview/ F2F
    • Conducting Assessments & Managing open positions
    • At least 80-90 Calls per day are expected
    • Daily Lineups shall be 10-12 depending on the profile
    • Open Position Analysis and reporting
    • Responding to employee queries via email and phone
    • Make daily trackers of all the calls done in a day
    Important Note:
    • In case of leaving Internship before 3 months from the date of joining, company will not give you any certificate
    • Student having exam their in next 3 month shall not be preferably
    • Should not have any commitments part time courses, tuitions, etc. that hamper work performance
    • Ability to use a desktop/Laptop computer system, Familiarity with Windows Social media etc.
    • Candidates must have a own Laptop /WiFi Connection /Smart Phone.
