Job Description

    Job descriptionWe are looking forstorekeeper manages a hotels inventory of supplies, including linens, cleaning supplies, amenities, and other goods. They are responsible for the following duties:
    • Ordering, receiving, and storing supplies
    • Keeping track of inventory levels
    • Conducting regular stock checks
    • Preparing daily reports
    • Assisting with month-end inventories
    • Keeping food and beverage stocks low
    • Inspecting storeroom areas daily
    • Maintaining the storeroom
    • Storing goods in pre-designated areas
    • Keeping storerooms organized and clean
    • Unpacking goods for distribution
    • Organizing storage facilities by type of item
    • Participating in the loading of all products necessary to the operation of the food department
    • Ensuring requisitions are prepared and delivered in a timely manner
    • Ensuring appropriate FIFO rotation is in place in their area
    • Reporting any issue to the procurement manager
    • Participating in the cleaning of all storage facilities according to the public health procedures and standards
    • Keeping the linen storeroom clean and organized at all times
    • Assisting the hotel supply supervisor in the daily operation of all hotel stores
    • Supporting the inventory team to fulfill and complete all initiatives related to loading and storing of inventoried items
