Position Summary Establish and maintain the governance and coordination of effort amongst the functional areas and individual projects/programs within Global Procurement departmentJob Responsibilities Coordinate with Project stakeholders and vendors Onboarding new vendors Create and publish Project reports Create Project review presentations Create, publish and maintain Project Dashboards Working in collaboration with stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of actionable items Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and should be able to interact with leadership/vendors/external consultants Requires interactions with senior leadership across various line of businesses within MetLifeEducation, Technical Skills & Other Critical RequirementEducation Graduates with at least 15 years of education. Should be proficient in MS Office. Proficiency in verbal and written English communicationExperience(In Years) 2-3 years of related work. experienceTechnical Skills Proven Computer navigation skills (Mandatory) Proven working knowledge of MS Office suite (Mandatory) Excellent Access and Excel skills and proficient in working on Pivots & Custom Macros. (Mandatory) Good listening, oral and written communication skills. Voice skills for internal communication with US Team. Proven customer service skills. Excellent analytical and research skills Self-motivated, well organized and flexible with a sense of urgency approach Teamwork/ Managing Self / Adaptability Ability to work successfully in production driven environment Adaptability to change Self-disciplined and result oriented Ability to manage multiple tasks prioritizing effectively. Ability to manage large sums of data to track/compare and coordinate effectively.
