To ensure preparation and liquidation of bank guarantee. To maintain CC account, loan against FD, current account. Calculation of all tax liabilities (Service tax, excise, VAT, PT) and Ensure E-filing of all tax returns before specific deadline. Prepare and submit all kind of challans to comply with legal obligations. Comply With TDS rules and Regulations for salary payments. Compile the documentation and payment schedules for ESIC, EPF and PT. Prepare the salary cheques and finalization of salary sheet. Prepare financial and regulatory reports required by laws, regulations and board of directors. Pro-actively develop strategic tax solutions that add value to the group, particularly from the perspective of; optimization of tax rates, cash management and forward planning.,
