Job Description

    Job Title: Civil Senior Project ManagerJob Description Overall Project & Construction Management Co-ordinate between head office, client and contractor. Maintain drawings and mail/letter correspondence. Oversee and approve contractor work for quality and co-ordination. Attend meeting & presentation Preparation of site reports as per formats with respect to time, quality, cost,risks, recommendations etc Oversee and approve certification & bill approval of contractors as per issuedcontract Participate and approve building commissioning as per contract requirements Oversee and implement HSE (Health & Safety) guidelines on site Any other task related to site or design Check contractor billsQualification B.Tech/B.E Civil with site experience 12 to 15 years or more of professional experience Should have worked on composite buildings with steel structuresSkillsAuto-Cad Software & MS OfficeExcellent Communication Skills-Speaking and Writing..
