Hi,Job Title: Senior Operations ManagerLocation: Jaipur SitapuraExperience: 10 to 15 years in Jewelry IndustryBudget Max 12 lpaReporting to: General ManagerRoles and Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all operations within the jewelry factoryCoordinate with different departments to ensure smooth production processesImplement and improve operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivityProvide leadership and direction to the operations teamMentor and guide team members to achieve operational goalsConduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staffEnsure compliance with industry regulations and standardsStay updated on industry trends and regulations related to jewelry manufacturingImplement measures to maintain quality and safety standards in the factoryManage HR, Finance, Administration, and Production functionsCollaborate with HR for staffing and employee relations issuesWork with Finance to create and monitor budgets for operational expensesOversee administrative tasks and ensure smooth running of office operationsCoordinate with the production team to meet production targetsEffective communication and coordinationCommunicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholdersCollaborate with senior management and provide regular updates on operationsDrive continuous improvement initiativesIdentify areas for operational enhancements and implement process improvementsMonitor key performance indicators and strive for operational excellence
