Job Description

    Job Title: Sales & Marketing Head Jewellery Industry (Polki)Location: Jaipur, IndiaReports to: Managing Director / CEOJob Type: Full-TimeExperience: 10-15 yearsKey Responsibilities:1. Sales Strategy and Planning:o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.o Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.o Prepare annual sales plans, budgets, and forecasts.2. Team Management:o Lead, motivate, and manage the PAN India sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.o Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance the skills of the sales team.o Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales team members, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.3. Client Relationship Management:o Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the jewellery industry.o Develop. strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.o Address and resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.4. Coordination with Production:o Work closely with the production department to ensure alignment of sales and production schedules.o Communicate market demand and client feedback to the production team to ensure product availability and quality.o Collaborate on inventory management and product development initiatives.5. Sales Performance Analysis:o Track and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.o Prepare and present regular sales reports to the senior management team.o Implement corrective actions to address any shortfalls in sales performance.6. Market Expansion:o Identify and explore new markets and distribution channels for the companys jewellery products.o Develop and execute market entry strategies for untapped regions within India.7. Brand Promotion:o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and activities.o Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
