We have a requirement for a position of Business Development Manager in Jaipur and Ahmedabad location.Candidate must have work experience of working in share trade, bond, equity, mutual fund related companies.Minimum 2-5 years experience required.Location - Jaipur (Rajasthan) & Ahmedabad (Gujrat )Salary- 30,000-40,000 net take home per month -Manage both our existing sales pipeline and the development of new business opportunities for products like Demat, Mutual fund, Bonds, NPS etc.Take a lead role in developing new-business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnershipsIdentify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targetsDevelop strategies and positions by analyzing new-venture integrationAssist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks to achieve strategic goalsMotivate the team, track performance, and report metrics
