Basic Knowledge of functions and services of diagnostic centre like Pathology, Radiology, MRI, CT-Scane. Healthcare knowledge on trends and influences for our customer base as well as doctors. Solution selling in the field of diagnostic services like Sonography, Digital Mammography, Digital OPG. Solid decision making capabilities - Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and how to tailor to our customer solutions as well as with doctors. Strong people management and people development capabilities (Holding people accountable and being a player-coach and Ability to manage lead change. Ability to be collaborative with doctors and provide appropriate levels of influencing to ensure our customers comes first. Management of sales activity and tracking of key sales actions (Sales processes, coverage on critical accounts, compliance topics like financial, market positioning, healthcare industry, customer or doctors, etc.) Strong leadership with creates followership and development of succession planning within area of responsibilities. Coordinate team activities while minimizing sales and marketing costs and maximizing sales.
