Job Description

This role is a part of the Projects and F&I team. The facilities and Infrastructure team is responsible for the entire Infrastructure development from Real estate acquisitions, design & implementation to management and upkeep of all facilities while the Project team executes infra development and delivers wing to wing projects.About the Role: The incumbent will need to work on multiple projects and fit-out activities. Needs to be capable of handling many stakeholders and drive project execution. Responsibilities: Ensure good understanding of the project requirements; Develop a plan of works for the delivery of the works; Coordination with internal and external stakeholders (designers, internal teams and contractor team) and ensure smooth delivery of the project; Constantly review and identify alternate construction methodologies/ opportunities that can deliver a quicker project delivery; Understanding local construction/ building/ labor laws and possess the necessary aptitude to enforce the same; Lead and manage the deliveries of the PMC and contractors and ensure that the agreed deliverables are met with; Ensuring the highest levels of Quality Systems are enforced and maintained on-site; Ensuring proper construction systems are maintained on-site; Review and certify invoices, claims submitted by contractor, consultants; Participate during commercial discussions and proactively give inputs as and when requiredRequirements: Communication and influencing skills, both in person and writing Analytical and problem-solving skills Stakeholder Management A Bachelor s or Master s degree in business administration or a related field Background in Electrical, Interior Designing or any experience in the construction field (Min 2-3 years). Extremely autonomous and trustworthy, capable of taking full ownership. Excellent presentation and communication skills, negotiation skills Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships Target driven Strong organization skills and structured approach to managing a large retail lease portfolio Strategic thinking Thrives in a challenging atmosphere Problem-solving aptitude,
