Job Description

    Job Responsibilities
    • Able to Conduct online and offline training of the students as per the roster and guidelines given by the training department.
    • Meet new clients, maintain an existing client database.
    • Responsible for ensuring excellent training and placements of all the students at branded companies/Locations.
    • Fulfill targets & Commitments, provide appropriate job roles.
    • Need to provide the student considerable salary.
    • To correspond to prospective companies for interview dates and schedules of events.
    • To arrange for interview facilities at the campus and written test halls.
    • Provide Career Services to Students.
    • Network with Local Employers. Plan Hiring Events. Screen Potential Students.
    • Might be assigned any other task deemed fit for you if required on a timely basis.
    • Other Jobs pertaining to Training and Placement. Has to study or understand students (for Screening) and shortlist students as per vacancies and organize for and conduct Campus interviews
    • Meet HR Heads of the organization, give them detailed Presentationstie-up & do the tie-up for placements. Ensuring Campus Interviews of Airlines, Hospitality, Airport Ground services, Travel & Customer Service, IT & ITES.
    • Has to maintain students database
    • Has to coordinate with Service Industry representatives for job opportunities for students
    • Work on other related jobs to be given time to time.
    • Preparing and submitting timely reports as per deadlines given.
