  • Experience of 1-3 years in inventory management.
  • Education- Bachelors in relevant stream.
  • Trustworthy, reliable person.
  • Can use software for managing inventory and have an understanding of the prediction of stock quantities.
  • Capable of placing orders and maintaining good relations with the vendors.
What youll do
  • Ensured general management of the office, overseeing operational efficiency, and effective communications.
  • Ensuring that the office facility is accessible for the staff.
  • Ensuring the security of the office assets by keeping them behind the lock wherever required.
  • Managing the housekeeping staff.
  • Maintain facilities management, including space planning/design, vendor contracts and relations, and facilitation of all office functions and services.
  • Act as primary liaison between the company, staff, and office building management, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
  • Create and update records of Laptop Inventory on HRMS and maintain the Master Excel Sheet.
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Submit timely reports of office supplies, laptops, and other inventory, whenever needed.
  • Ensuring the Internet recharges are done on time.
  • General office management.
  • Ordering stationery.
  • Arranging both internal and external events.
  • Ensuring the electronics are working properly.
  • Providing administration support to all employees and Senior Management.
  • Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
  • Performing other relevant duties when needed.
