Job Description

    Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced and motivated National Sales Head - Building Material to oversee and manage our sales operations across the country. This is a senior-level role that requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the building material industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales executives, and building strong relationships with key clients.Roles and Responsibilities :- Develop and execute a national sales strategy to achieve sales targets and revenue goals Manage the sales team, including hiring, training, motivating, and performance evaluation Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand the customer base, and nurture long-term relationships with key clients Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns Analyze market trends, competitor activities. and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and improve sales performance Monitor and report on sales metrics, market conditions, and competitor activities to senior management Provide guidance and support to the sales team, including coaching, mentoring, and problem-solving Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to the executive team Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standardsDesired Candidate Profile :- Master / Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Minimum 12-18 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building material industry Proven track record of successful sales leadership and achieving sales targets Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Willingness to travel extensively,
