Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Recruitment and Staffing:
      • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
      • Conduct interviews, screening, and selection processes for various positions within the organization.
      • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the team.
    2. Employee Relations:
      • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
      • Address employee grievances and provide support and guidance on HR-related issues.
      • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
    3. Performance Management:
      • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
      • Work with department heads to set performance goals and provide regular feedback.
      • Develop and implement strategies for employee recognition and retention.
    4. Training and Development:
      • Identify training needs and design training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
      • Organize and conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
      • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
    5. Compliance and Policy Management:
      • Ensure compliance with labor laws and hotel policies.
      • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
      • Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality and accuracy.
    6. Payroll and Benefits Administration:
      • Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payments.
      • Manage employee benefits programs and address any related inquiries or issues.
    7. HR Strategy and Planning:
      • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hotels goals and objectives.
      • Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to senior management.
