    Job Title: General Manager/ Asst. General Manager Human ResourcesQualification: MBA in HR from Premier instituteExperience: A minimum of 15 / 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership roleLocation: Corporate Office (Jaipur)Position Overview:Were seeking a skilled professional for the role of GM - HR. Drive change management initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation. Promote diversity and inclusion within the organization. Implement programs to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Identify leadership development needs and create programs to groom future leaders. Oversee the function of Happiness Manager by focusing on enhancing employee well-being, job satisfaction, and work-life balance. Develop and manage the HR department budget effectively. To address to the various employee grievances within the TAT. To execute suitable disciplinary actions for the cases in contravention to the organisational policy. Utilize HR data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive HR strategies. Exit management. Maintain HR MIS on a regular basis.About You Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives. Proven experience in talent acquisition, development, and retention. A deep commitment to creating a positive work environment and fostering employee engagement.
