As an Estimation & Costing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the estimation and costing process of our organization. You will be responsible for providing accurate cost estimates for a variety of projects. This position requires strong analytical and mathematical skills, as well as excellent attention to detail.Responsibilities
• Analyze project drawings and specifications to determine the scope of work
• Prepare cost estimates including labor, materials, and equipment requirements
• Collaborate with project managers to develop accurate and competitive bidding strategies
• Review and analyze pricing from suppliers and subcontractors
• Conduct on-site visits to gather necessary information for cost estimations
• Assist in the preparation of project budgets and cost control plans
• Provide input and support during the negotiation process with clients and vendors
