Establishing efficiency in related processes and working for the overall employee benefit.Job responsibilities:- Handling end to end recruitment cycle for various functions, across locations, including sourcing, interview process, offer and joining.- Conducting campus recruitment with premier Institutions of the country, representing Angara and handling all related communication.- Maintaining and managing the vendors, career portals, social media postings and campus relations.- Initiating candidates background check/verification process.- Onboarding and induction of all new hires, along with defined post joining process.- Maintaining proper HRIS and ensuring efficiency in the process, along with 100% compliance (employee records, trackers, organization chart and reports).- Managing the employee life cycle and working towards ensuring a healthy and open organization culture.- Work with the team to plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees- Continually educate employees on company policies and keep employee handbook current- Training needs identification and implementation of the planned training.Required Skills:- Proven 3+ years of experience in Recruitment (IT & Non-IT).- Strong knowledge of candidate selection methods.- Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods.- Excellent knowledge of HR Developments (market status, trends, best practices).- Vendor management & relationship building skills.- Effective Communication, negotiation & influencing skills.- Integrity and confidentiality.Preferred Qualification:- MBA (Specializing in Human Resources) from a recognized university.- Hiring experience for Digital Marketing / E-Commerce / Jewelry Company.This job opening was posted long time back.
