With a founding team boasting over 25 years of collective expertise in Jewelry, eCommerce, and global retail markets, we strive for excellence in customer satisfaction and product quality.Role Summary:The Digital Growth Manager at Shop QSE will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) activities. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar industry, with a proven track record in luxury retail eCommerce targeting the US market. Strong expertise in Google and Bing marketing, SEO, Social. Media Marketing, Google AdWords, Merchant Center, and Google Analytics tools is essential.Minimum 5 years experience in Jewellery E-Commerce FieldKey Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive SEM and SEO strategies to increase website traffic and conversion rates. Execute Google and Bing PPC campaigns targeting the luxury retail market in the US. Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and performance tracking to optimize campaigns. Utilize SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility and ranking. Manage social media marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence and engagement. Utilize Google AdWords, Merchant Center, and other relevant tools to optimize product listings and ad performance. Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Content, and Product Development to align growth strategies with business objectives. Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide progress updates and gather feedback.Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury retail eCommerce industry. Proven track record of success in Google and Bing PPC marketing targeting the US market. Expertise in SEO strategies and tactics to improve organic search performance. Proficiency in Social Media Marketing with a focus on driving engagement and conversions. In-depth knowledge of Google AdWords, Merchant Center, and Google Analytics tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
