As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and experienced District General Manager (DGM) to lead our construction and site engineering teams in Jaipur.This position requires a combination of technical expertise in engineering, strong construction project management skills, and the ability to work effectively with teams to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.Responsibilities: Own and ensure end to end delivery of projects. within estimated timelines and as per quality standards. Ability to manage and take ownership of multiple projects at the same time. Devise the sequence of various activities to be conducted on site in coordination with key stakeholders. Responsible for accomplishing profitability of the project through budget adherence, checking of estimates, BOQs and BOMs and regular auditing of materials at sites. Ensure timely planning of construction with respect to annual targets and its completion with desired quality within budgeted cost. Will coordinate with the purchase team and facilitate vendor enrolment, managing cost, approval (s) via farvision coordination between BO HO. Responsible for safety, staffing, training development of site staff and meeting all required legal statutory compliances. Provide leadership and direction to project teams, including site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors, to foster a collaborative and productive working environment. Manage operations and finances of business. Recruit and train new hires on business practices. Prepare detailed estimation of Quantity of Work, Material and Labour. Rate Analysis of BOQ and Extra Items.Qualifications: A bachelors degree in civil engineering from an accredited university or college. 15 years of experience in leading multiple construction projects Proficiency in project planning and site execution, delivering multiple projects on time and under estimated cost. Strong technical knowledge of construction principles, methods, quality systems and materials. Clarity of building codes, regulations, Health & Safety standards applicable to construction projects. Strong analytical and communication skills Proficiency in MS project, AutoCad, Excel, Power Point, Word. Management and Customer Service experience. Strong administrative, project management and liasoning skills Demonstrated ability to lead in past work experience. Highly Self-motivated individual with strong communications skills,
