This profile is responsible for the domestic as well as international sales and business development of our industry leading connected fleet analytics solutions to Big Corporate. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys challenges and is committed to continue to building a career in sales and has an entrepreneurial mind set.Location: JaipurJob Type: work from office (Full Time)What You Will Do:- Generate revenue by identification of new pipeline opportunities, and sales of incremental value-added services including cross-sell and up-sell opportunities in Middle East, Africa or South East Asia and India.- Create, manage and deliver on quarterly and annual global sales plan, including market analysis, target setting, budgeting, and forecasting.- Willing to travel (Domestically as well as internationally) and has a knack of languages/domain and conversation pitches aligned to the Logistics Industry in the above mentioned regions.- Should have a solid understanding of International Freight Movements, Costing, Route Locations, Hub Locations, Key Loading/Unloading and New Technology based Innovations in the Trucking which have direct/indirect on the logistics, particularly in Middle East, Africa or South East Asia.- Should be well versed with Government policies of target countries in the Logistics and Transportation sector and be able to translate the same into the impact opportunities for the Transport/Fleet Owners.- Manage the sales process through KPIs and aggressive reporting (Dashboard Monitoring, data analytics, and sales tracker)- Work closely with other business teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and demand generation programs.- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.Experience:- Overall 10 years experience with 6 Years in direct sales experience (SAAS)- 4 Years of Sales experience in supply chain analytics, logistics, IT software, transportation.- 3 Years of International sales experience is must in any one of the following regions: Middle East, Africa or South East Asia including travel experience to these countries.Personality Traits:- Creativity to think outside the box and develop new ideas while being able to follow through and put them into practice.- Confident to deal with Business Owners, CXOs - are able to properly articulate the value proposition not just survive but lead the negotiation cycles- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise well in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.- Great communication skillsAbout AxesTrack :We are in the business of providing Digital Logistics Solutions to various industries.Our growth story reflects the true spirit of an entrepreneurship model where like-minded people got together to create one of the leading - rms in the logistics Industry of India.
