ACT Limited is hiring Assistant / Deputy Manager Finance for Lucknow / Jaipur Business Interested candidates may apply and share their CV at careers.ncr@ incredible.actcorp.in Walk ins at any of the below mentioned address , 20th to 25th June 2019, 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM Delhi : Atria Convergence Technologies Limited A-25, Ground Floor, Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, New Delhi - 110044 Nearest Metro : Sarita Vihar Lucknow : Atria Convergence Technologies Limited Second Floor, TC/G 2/2 & TC/G 5/5, Cyber Heights, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar Lucknow - 226010 Jaipur : 3rd Floor, Plot No. 164, Rathore Nagar, Amrapali Marg, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur 320021 Opposite Royal Lalit Hotel Purpose of the Role The incumbent is responsible for generating Monthly MIS, Responsible for implementation & control of all systems & processes across the business entities Role Description 1) To review and analyze the financial data and compliance of policies 2) To ensure all statutory compliances across business entities 3) To oversee financial and accounting system controls and standards and ensure timely financial and statistical reports for management 4) Complete management accounting including periodic closing of accounts 5) To manage and coordinate the Internal Audit, Statutory/Tax Audit, Stock audits 6) To prepare all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, information for reports for tax returns, and reports for government & regulatory agencies 7) To implement financial processes and controls 8) Preparation of annual business plan 9) Integration of acquisitions 10) Coordinating of Monthly commercial review across the group 11) Coordinating the statutory audit across the business entities 12) Business analysis support Key Result Areas Generation of Error free MIS and complying with IVFA deadlines, Completing the monthly closing activities as per schedule, Effective integration of Acquisition, No deviations of statutory compliances Education Qualified Chartered Accountant Work Experience

  1. Should possess a minimum of 4 - 6 years of post-qualification work experience
  2. Must have the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders
  3. Should have strong communication skills and should possess a minimum of two years of experience handling teams
