Pristinestrives to become the most credible player in the global derivative markets by providingthe most accurate solutions to enable superior decision making for companies operatingin this market (UK, UAE, Mauritius, Singapore and Hongkong)About the role - HR ManagerResponsibilities Talent acquisitiono Do a monthly manpower plan review with the CEO and design a plan toclose the open positionso Program manage all campus hiring and need based lateral hiringo Make improvements in the hiring process after looking at relevant data onthe performance of previous hireso Minimize the time required to close open positionso Ensure the required skill level in new hires Talent Management Gather feedback on employees performance from the managers at alldefined check points and take requisite action (confirmation, promotion,performance improvement plan, exit etc) Conduct periodic dipstick surveys with employees and map theirengagement and performance, suggest action plans for every employee tothe managers HR Operationso Process payroll and carry out routine statutory compliances related to HRo Conduct induction and necessary training programso Design and execute employee engagement initiativeso Drive the annual performance and salary review processo Respond to all employee queries, requests and concernso Manage exits - interviews, analysis of exitso Reporting and MIS - create all HR related dashboards for themanagementSkills and Competencies Excellent communication skills - both verbal and non verbal Listening, empathy Networking skills Process orientation and discipline
