Job descriptionJob Overview:The candidate will assist in the design and development of architectural projects, working under the supervision of experienced architects and project managers. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the architectural field, contributing to a variety of projects from conception through to completion.Key Responsibilities:-Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, plans, and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design-Collaborate with senior architects and project managers to develop detailed construction drawings and documentation.-Conduct site visits and assessments to gather necessary data for design development.Participate in project meetings and contribute to design discussions and brainstorming sessions.-Support the creation of 3D models, renderings, and presentations to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.-Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations.-Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other project team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project milestones.-Conduct research on architectural trends, building techniques, and sustainable practices to incorporate into design projects.-Maintain organized project files, documentation, and records.
