    • Job Requirements :
        • Key Responsibilities : 1: Should have experience in 2 or 3 SAP implementation experience as module/integration lead in recent past of 3to 5 years, managing SAP S/4 HANA HCM 2: Need to have hands on experience in SAP HCM 3: Strong understanding of SAP HCM integration with other modules, Experience in preparing presentation, documents on HCM- Procurement designs, manuals etc, Should be very well aware of payroll taxation and processes, Expected to be worked on the Detail India payroll configuration
        • Technical Experience : Creation of wage types, the configuration of RAP nodes, Exemptions, Perquisites, loans with interest, investment data processes, form 16, etc, Should have worked on Time management positive negative - the configuration of TM00 Schema, Absence/Leave types and quota configuration, Generation of leave quotas, Correction Analysing change requests from the business in light of current business processes, assessing the impact on other SAP modules, Transformation implementation SAP S/4 HANA HCM
        • Professional Attributes : 1 Able to work under pressure 2 Should be good with handling client 3 good communication skills
        • Educational Qualification : 16 years of full time education
