Job Description

    The Agency Business Partner will be responsible for driving business growth through agency channels, developing and maintaining relationships with insurance agents, and ensuring achievement of sales targets.- This role involves strategic planning, recruitment, training, and performance management of agents to enhance business performance.Key Responsibilities:*1. Agency Channel Management: - Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets through agency channels. - Build and maintain relationships with insurance agents, leaders, and other stakeholders.2. Agent Recruitment and Training: - Identify, recruit, and train new agents to expand the agency network. - Conduct training sessions, workshops, and meetings to enhance agent productivity.3. Performance Management: - Monitor and analyze agent performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve results. - Set goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for agents.4. Sales and Marketing Support: - Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, operations) to support agent sales efforts. - Provide insights and feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.5. Compliance and Risk Management: - Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
