We are Hiring Fresher Candidates for Both Domestic Bpo and International Bpo Call Centers all Over Delhi/ncr Regions. Freshers are Eligible.responsibilities and Dutiesthe Candidate is Required to Attend to the Customers Through Emails, Calls, Social Media and Provide Them with the Required Information.the Candidate is Required to - (a) Fulfill the Stores Requirements/requests (b) also Coordinate with Inventory Team to Dispatch New Stocks to the Stores On a Timely Basis. (c) Coordinate with the Shoot & Design Department to Accumulate Monthly Collection for E-commerce Department.the Candidate Should Be Able to Understand the Customers Complaints/requirements and Work Upon Resolving Them.the Candidate Will Be Responsible for Efficient Dealing of Complaints to Completion and Enabling Satisfaction of the Customer.excellent Customer Service Skills, Including Maintaining Focus On the Customer Issue in a Fast-paced Environment.ability to Empathize with and Prioritize Customer Needsrequired Experience, Skills and Qualificationssecondary(10th Pass) (preferred)good Hindi Speaking
