The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the telecom industry, decent communication skills, and a proven track record in field sales.Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the telecom sector within the assigned territory.Conduct field visits to potential and existing clients to present and promote telecom products and services.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.Achieve sales targets and KPIs as set by the management.Provide clients with detailed information about product features, benefits, and pricing.Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve individual and team targets.Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, including forecasts and market analysis.Attend training sessions, meetings, and conferences as required.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).Proven experience in field sales, Distribution channel preferably in the telecom industry.Strong knowledge of telecom products and services.Negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Proficient in using sales tools.Valid drivers license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.Note: We are an equal-opportunity employer.
