Job Description

    **Position Title:** Branch Operations Manager**Department:** Operations**Location:** [Pan India]**Job Summary:**The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a bank branch or financial institution. This role ensures efficient and effective branch operations while maintaining a high level of customer service and compliance with regulatory requirements. The Branch Operations Manager leads the branch team, manages resources, and implements strategies to achieve branch performance goals.**Key Responsibilities:**1. **Operational Management:**- Oversee all operational aspects of the branch, including teller operations, customer service, and back-office functions.- Ensure compliance with all banking laws, regulations, and policies.- Implement and monitor branch procedures to optimize efficiency and mitigate risks.- Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.2. **Staff Management:**- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate branch staff.- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and staff development.- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching to employees.- Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage during business hours.3. **Customer Service:**- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality standards.- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers.- Promote the banks products and services to meet customer needs.4. **Financial Management:**- Monitor branch financial performance, including profit and loss statements, budgets, and expense reports.- Ensure the branch meets or exceeds performance targets and goals.- Manage branch cash flow, including daily balancing and reconciliation.5. **Risk and Compliance:**- Ensure branch operations comply with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and address potential risks.- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by law and bank policy.6. **Strategic Planning:**- Develop and implement branch strategies and action plans to achieve business objectives.- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.- Collaborate with regional and corporate management to align branch goals with overall business strategy.**Qualifications:**- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.- Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.**Working Conditions:**- Full-time position with standard business hours;- Primarily office-based with some travel to other branches or regional meetings.**How to Apply:**Interested candidates should submit their resumeName - RadhikaEmail -hr.ridhimamehra886@gmail.comMob no.-hidden_mobile
