You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and delivering high-quality workplace services.Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Manage and maintain Microsoft Windows desktop. environments.- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop hardware and software issues.- Install, configure, and upgrade desktop applications.- Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management, Microsoft 365.- Experience in managing and supporting Microsoft Windows desktop environments.- Knowledge of desktop hardware and software troubleshooting.- Familiarity with desktop application installation, configuration, and upgrades.- Understanding of security policies and procedures for desktop environments.Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.- This position is based at our Indore office.- A Graduate degree is required,
