Responsibilities: responsible for End-to-end Recruitment, I.e. Sourcing, Screening, Interview Scheduling and Coordination. interacting with Internal Stakeholders for Job Requirements. preparing Job Descriptions and Posting the Same On Various Channels. should Be Comfortable in Making 5-6 Hrs of Rigorous Calling. should Manage Candidates and Handhold Them Till Joining. should Be Able to Work On Online Portals and Social Platforms. additional Responsibilities Will Be Given as per the Role 2+ Years Experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment responsible for Full Life Cycle Recruiting (it Industry Highly Preferred) 2+ Years People Management Experience ( Lead Only ) good Communication Skills Both Written and Verbal as Well as Good Interpersonal Skills. should Be Experienced in Telephonic Screening and have Good Communication Judgement should Demonstrate Proactive, Energetic and Problem Solving Ability.
