Required Sales OfficerExp - 2 to 6 yrsDesignation - Sales Officer / Sales ManagerQualification - Min graduate/ MBA preferDepartment - LAP/ MortgageLocation - IndoreJD :-

Handling the products like LAP/Mortgages, Business Loans & SME Loans.
Handling a team of on roll DSTs.
Guiding the team for sourcing and achieve the monthly targets.
Planning for marketing activities like cold calling, canopies, leaflets distribution etc.
Keeping a track of all Branch data & the employee with their file for monthly based performance for achieving yearly Target of the branch.
Dealing with the internal and external legal & technical team for sorting out all types of queries raised from the operation and the back end team.
Maintaining close relationship with the credit and operation team for quality check of the logged in file and easy disbursements of the accounts and reporting the business development to the business head on daily basis.
Providing status of cases to team, for resolution of pendencys.
Converting customers who are not interested.
Meet Targets as per budgets.
Maintain MIS.
